At Purest Bee, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. As our items are food products, we do not accept returns once the packaging has been opened for safety and hygiene reasons.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product was damaged upon arrival.
  • The item is defective or compromised before opening.
To request a return or refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at cs@purestbee.info with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Opened or used food products.
  • Items that have been tampered with after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method or PAYNOW within 5-7 business days.
